SuperFan FAQ, answers for creators and fans
The questions creators and fans ask us most, answered plainly.
Everything creators and fans ask
What does SuperFan cost a creator?
There is no monthly fee and nothing to buy. SuperFan takes 20 percent of what fans pay you and you keep 80 percent. Every tool comes with the account.
Do I have to post adult content?
No. SuperFan is built for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, fitness and glamour creators first. You choose your tier and your limits. Adult Creator 18+ is a separate tier you can pick only after full verification, and its content sits behind an age gate for viewers.
Who can join as a creator?
Adults only. Every creator passes a live age and identity check before anything is published, and every other person who appears in her content is verified and signs a consent too.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings collect in your payout dashboard. Once your identity is verified you request a payout whenever you want, and you can see what is available, what is pending and what has been paid.
Can I stay private?
Yes. Your public name can be a stage name. Your legal name and documents are used only for verification and are never shown on your page. You can block countries and any single account.
How much can I earn?
Nobody can promise a number, and we will not. It depends on your audience, your prices and how often you post. Our earnings calculator shows the arithmetic with your own assumptions, so you can see what each change does.
What can I sell?
Monthly subscriptions, pay per view posts, paid chat, tips, custom requests, live sessions and bundles. You set every price yourself.
How is my content protected?
Paid photos and videos are delivered with a mark tied to the account that bought them, so a leak points back to its source. You can report a copy anywhere through our content protection desk.
Can I change my tier later?
Yes. You can move between Creator and Premium Creator in your settings. Moving to Adult Creator 18+ requires the full verification first.
Is SuperFan for fans too?
Yes. Fans who are 18 or older subscribe to creators they like, message them, send tips and ask for custom content. Adult content is shown only to viewers who pass the age gate.
What is not allowed?
Anyone under 18 or anything that presents a person as under 18, content without the consent of everyone in it, intoxication, hidden cameras and every other category on our prohibited content list. Breaking these rules closes the account.
How do I contact SuperFan?
